At Urban Carry Holsters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your holster doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
